Ankita recalls falling off a train.

Ankita Lokhande fell off a moving train in Mumbai and it reinstated her fear of trains.

Ankita Lokhande is one of the most popular actresses on television. While she caught everyone’s attention during her stint in Bigg Boss 17, she became a household name when she debuted on television with Sushant Singh Rajput in Pavitra Rishta. The actress recently recalled an incident which has led her to fear trains.

Speaking to Mashable India, Ankita said, “I am very scared of trains. Once, I fell from the local train.” Ankita said that she was at the Churchgate railway station and boarding a fast train while her friends had taken the slow train. When her friends asked her to get down from the fast train, she jumped out of it. “As I jumped out of it, I tumbled. I somehow survived,” Ankita said. “That was my last train journey. Anyways I have been scared of trains since childhood,” she said.

Recalling her early days, Ankita also recently spoke about her Pavitra Rishta days. “I remember that my first line was ‘Aai tu shaant ho jaa’. I was so scared that when my turn would come, and I was just waiting because I was zero,” Pinkvilla quoted her as saying. She added, “Acting is such a thing that the more you experience things practically, the more you grow. I have learned only by watching other people on the sets.”

Ankita said, “Ek time aisa aaya ki sirf main bolti thi aur sab chup rehte the kyunki mere dialogues hote the (There was a time when only I spoke and everyone remained silent because there were only my dialogues). And I’m grateful ki mereko pehle se hi ek dum dialogues nahi aaye, mera goonga hi kam tha. Acha tha jo ki aankhon se baat karna tha, rona dhona tha (It was good that I didn’t have too many dialogues since the beginning, and I had less to speak. I just had to talk with my eyes and cry).”

After making waves in the Bigg Boss 17 house, Ankita Lokhande will now be seen in Swatantra Veer Sawarkar with Randeep Hooda.
