Amma’s close amidst the crisis: Sasikala’s mega roadshow, said – I will bring the party under one leadership before the elections

Expelled general secretary VK Sasikala held roadshows in Chennai, Tiruvallur and Thiruttani in Tamil Nadu amid infighting in AIADMK. He took out this roadshow to protect the rights of Tamil soil and the dignity of women. Sasikala started it from her home in T Nagar. Sasikala said that when MG Ramachandran started the party, he had said that he was building this party for the poor and common man.

It is not a party of any caste, creed or religion. Sasikala said that during the campaign her workers had asked me to lead. Now I think it will be good for the party too. Sasikala said that before the Lok Sabha elections, you will see AIADMK under one leadership and I will complete it.

Party is not in trouble due to two people fighting: Regarding the internal strife within the party, Sasikala said that with only 2 people fighting in the party, you cannot think that the entire party is in trouble. Is he ready to settle differences with those who once boycotted him? To this Sasikala said that this issue is between us and will rectify it.

Jayalalithaa’s close aide Sasikala on Sunday launched a campaign in the northern districts of Tamil Nadu. His supporters have termed his visit to North Tamil Nadu as ‘Purutchi Payanam’ (revolutionary journey). On the other hand, former CM O Panneerselvam went south. Panneerselvam took on the Palaniswami faction, claiming that party workers were on my side. They reached Madurai from Chennai on Sunday. A crowd of supporters also accompanied him on the way.
