Alia Bhatt Meeting K-Pop Idol IU At Gucci Event Is The Crossover We Needed

New Delhi: At the Gucci Cruise event in Seoul, Alia Bhatt was spotted sitting next to K-pop artist IU, real name Lee Ji-eun. The actor attended the event as the brand’s global ambassador in South Korea.

IU, a South Korean singer, also made an appearance at the event. Alia and IU were spotted sitting together in several photos and videos that surfaced online. Alia picked a mini-dress in black with polka-dot cutouts for the special event. She completed her ensemble with a transparent Gucci Jackie 1961 bag and black platform heels. IU, on the other hand, sported a patterned white dress and matching heels. She was also carrying a yellow bag.

Alia was named the first Indian global ambassador of Gucci last week. At the Gucci Cruise event, she was seated next to the ‘Hotel del Luna’ actor while she posed solo for pictures.

Along with IU, Blake Lee, Dakota Johnson, and Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri, Alia was seen posing for the camera in another picture. Dakota sported a black suit with matching shoes for the event. Blake was seen wearing a blue shirt, jeans, a jacket, and shoes.

Davika Hoorne, a Thai actor, recently posted a few pictures of Alia on her social media accounts.  The pair posed in several looks from the Gucci event.

In the movie ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, directed by Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt will star alongside Ranveer Singh. The film is all set to hit the theatres on July 28.
