Punjabis will continue to speak – cannot suppress their voice. If you stop in Punjab, voices will be raised from Maharashtra, US and America.

One of the four pillars of democracy is the press. Not only the press, the judiciary is also being undermined. The government should know that if the four pillars are reduced, then it is not even itself safe.
He said that governments try to suppress the voice of Punjab, which is not possible. The more the people of Punjab and Haryana are suppressed, the more they will emerge. If we talk about 75 years, then the government made 75 promises with Punjab, but did not fulfill any.
The Akal Takht Jathedar also asked the media to criticize the government from time to time so that the government knows that the media is the voice of the people. At the same time, he asked to form a Punjab Phobia group to break the anti-Sikh drive, on which the truth should be shown.
Khalsa Foundation Day should not be misconstrued
Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh targeted the media during this period. During this, he appealed to reach Damdama Sahib as much as possible on Khalsa Foundation Day and Baisakhi. While targeting the media, he said that national-international media has also come here. His words should not be called Sarbat Khalsa.

At the same time, before the meeting, it was being said that Amritpal Singh, chief of Waris Punjab De, may surrender at Talwandi Sabo in Bathinda. After absconding on March 18, Amritpal released 2 videos. In which the Akal Takht Jathedar was appealed to call Sarbat Khalsa at Talwandi Sabo on Baisakhi on 14th April.
ADGP said – there is police alert regarding Sarbat Khalsa meeting
On the issue of Sarbat Khalsa or gathering of crowd on Amritpal’s call, ADGP SPS Parmar said that his meeting is of limited people. There is a police alert regarding the program as well. At present, complete action is being taken to improve the general security. There is a lot of crowd because of the Baisakhi fair at Talwandi Sabo on 13th April. That’s why flag march is being taken out here.

Amritpal supporters have met the Jathedar
Punjab Police is on alert since the news of Amritpal coming to Punjab. On March 27, when Amritpal Singh and his accomplice Papalpreet reached Hoshiarpur, they took shelter in a gurudwara. During this, a prominent person of the Gurdwara had come to Amritsar and met Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh.

Amritpal had undergone plastic surgery in Georgia to look like Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala. One of his companions lodged in Dibrugarh jail disclosed this during interrogation. He told the Punjab Police that Amritpal got this surgery done two months before coming to Punjab.
