Two brothers from Bharatpur Lokesh and Yogesh got married to two sisters from Agra. But soon after their marriage, they started having disputes with their wives.

The brothers and their family members alleged that ever since their wives have come back from their homes, they have been mentally harassing them.

They said that the sisters fought over trivial issues and threatened to call the police and get them arrested.

Their mother claimed that both daughters-in-law are in a relationship with other men and are conspiring with their family members to usurp their husband’s property.

After having a fight on Thursday night, Lokesh’s wife called the police and got him arrested. Fearing that something similar might happen to him, Yogesh reached the Kotwali police station and ate poison alleging that his and his brother’s wife had been quarrelling with them.

Railway outpost in-charge Rakesh Mann said the man named Yogesh came to the police station, crying about being mentally harassed and tortured by his wife and her sister. He consumed rat poison and fainted. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
