Adelaide Strikers have announced Matthew Short as their new skipper ahead of the upcoming Big Bash League season 13. Short has taken over from Travis Head, who was previously leading Strikers. Interestingly, Short led Strikers in the last season and racked up an eye-catching performance at an individual level.
The star batting allrounder notched up 458 runs and snared 11 wickets in the 2022-23 season of the marquee tournament.
