Model-turned-actress Shraddha Das is known for her acting skills in Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam and Hindi films. She is known for her phenomenal sartorial choices as well. Recently, she dropped a series of bookmark-worthy fashion statements in a green criss-cross halter neck top. She paired it with dark blue pyjamas and sneakers.

She opted for a red shade of lipstick, contoured cheeks, kohl-rimmed eyes and left her hair loose. “Dark brown eyes,” she wrote in the caption. Shraddha posed for the lens against the background of the Forest Research Institute in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Social media users loved the pictures and dropped heart and fire emoticons in the comments section. “Too hot to handle,” wrote one of the users. “Stunning beauty,” wrote another.

Shraddha shared another set of pictures in the same outfit and wrote in the caption, “Keeping it simple.”

Actor Tanuj Virwani commented, “Simple is the best.” Others appreciated the background of the pictures and wrote that Shraddha is the most underrated actress.

Shraddha made her acting debut in the film industry with the 2008 Telugu movie Siddu from Srikakulam. Later, she catapulted to fame with several popular films including Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, The Royal Bengal Tiger, Sanam Teri Kasam, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz and PSV Garuda Vega. She last essayed the role of Saumya Mukherjee in the series Khakee: The Bihar Chapter.

In an interview with Free Press Journal, Shraddha talked about how she bagged the role in this series. She said, “I have worked with Neeraj sir long ago in a Bengali film titled The Real Bengal Tiger (2014). We shot for Kolkata for almost a month. So he knew how I performed. I got a call from his office and he wanted to play this character in the show. Since he wanted me to play the role, there was no reason to say no to me. I am very grateful that he trusted me.”

She has also been roped in to act in the satire film Chai Shai Biscuits, written and directed by Himanshu Bhatnagar. The actress will also act in Arrdham and Lechindi Mahila Lokam.
