Even on the night of Diwali, Pakistan smugglers tried to carry out their nefarious designs. Vigilant soldiers of the Border Security Force (BSF) took immediate action and foiled their attempt. According to the information, three times last night, a drone from Pakistan crossed the Indian border and BSF personnel fired at it and drove it back.

This incident is being told of BOP Chandigarh under Amritsar sector. According to the information received, Pakistani smugglers tried to send drones into Indian territory three times between 10 pm and 12 pm. But the BSF jawans heard the sound of the drone. After which the soldiers started firing. Light bombs were also fired. After firing, the drone returned to the Pakistani border.

Search operation carried out in the area
After the incident, the BSF personnel informed their senior officers about this. BSF has started a search operation in BOP Chandigarh and surrounding areas with the cooperation of the police. Nothing suspicious has been found in the search so far.

Drone was shot down three times in a week
BSF had shot down three Pakistani drones in just four days last week. The first drone was caught from Ajnala in Amritsar. On the other hand, on October 16, the movement of the drone was seen in the village Rania on Sunday night. The drone was shot down after firing 17 rounds. The very next day, on October 17, at 8:30 pm, BSF had achieved the third success.
