Ludhiana: Recently transferred from Patiala to this city, ACP (traffic, zone-II) Karnail Singh | has collected money for a man admitted to Chandigarh’s PGI for a kidney transplant. For helping out Sandeep Singh, 25, he contacted Khalsa Aid’s Patiala wing and US NRIs Parminder Singh Rathor, Bhupinder Singh, and Sher Singh, who raised Rs 1.40 lakh, while the partient’s family raised Rs 1 lakh.
