ABP Live Real Estate Leadership Conclave: Over the past year, there has been a rapid increase in property prices, alongside the rise in the home loan rates. Despite this, there remains a sustained momentum in the demand for housing. The real estate sector has made a significant contribution to the Indian economy that has shown a remarkable recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. To acknowledge and understand the important role played by the real estate sector in boosting India’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), ABP Live has organised a Real Estate Leadership Conclave, which will be aired on Tuesday, August 29, from 11 am.
Through this initiative, ABP Live is trying to build a platform where visionary policymakers and industry leaders will come together to share their expertise and perspectives, foster idea exchange, and forge collaborations to drive the growth and advancement of the real estate sector.
The conclave will start at 11 am and will hold discussions spread across 6 sessions. The first session will focus on the real estate sector in the post-pandemic era and the challenges and opportunities for the sector in the period. The guests who will be speaking at the session are Kanchan Jain (Eminent Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. CEO), Subash Swain (Orion 132 Vice President), Atul Gupta (Skylark Buildcon Managing Director), HP Vashista (Associate Director, Geetanjali Home Estate Pvt. Ltd.), and Vikas Pundir (Director, Gold Coast).
The second session of the conclave will focus on transparency and trust in the real estate sector. Guests participating in the session include Mohit Arora (CEO, ATS HomeKraft), Dushan Singh (Director, Orion 132), Vishal Raheja (Founder & Managing Director, Investo Xpert), and Siddharth Pundir (Director, Gold Coast).
Gauri Midha, Joint CEO, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, will be speaking on the impact of urbanisation on the real estate sector, in the third session of the conclave.
The next session will have Gaur Group founder BL Gaur speaking on the Indian real estate sector. Gaur will reflect on how he started Gaursons in 1995 and compare the challenges faced by the real estate sector then and now. He will also talk about the impact of technology on the sector over the last few years.
In the fifth session, Pawan Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC (India) Ltd, will be talking about the important role of NBCC plays in competing the stalled real estate projects.
The final session of the conclave will feature Uttar Pradesh Minister for Industrial D, Export Promotion and Investment Promotion Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ who will talk about how UP is emerging as the biggest manufacturing hub in the country.
