She had always been a bright student, and she completed her graduation (B.Sc.) in 2016 from Sri Ganganagar. After this, she wanted to study further and did a master’s as well. As a result, she also completed her MA in 2018. But she always wanted to be a part of the administrative services. Initially, she started preparing for the Civil Service Examination (CSE). After she failed to clear the exam, she shifted her focus to Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS).

She started her preparation in 2017 while doing her MA. She gave her first RAS attempt in 2018, but the rank of 1037 she got was not up to her expectations. So, she decided to give another attempt in 2021 and finally cracked the exam with a 40th rank. At that time, she had a choice between Patwari and the Police Sub Inspector. She chose Patwari as the path she would pursue to become an SDM.

In an interview, she revealed that she practised answer writing on her second attempt a lot and gave many mock tests, which further helped her with her preparation. Apart from that, she even made short notes for timely revisions. She started her preparation with basic NCERTs and other standard books. She also joined Bhatia Ashram Coaching to get guidance for structured studies.
