Is Human Error a Reason for Train Collision?
Human error is doubted to have caused the accident. As per SP Saurabh Prasad, two passenger trains were running through the middle line.
“The rear train came and overshot the indication as a consequence of which approximately five coaches, two of the rear train and three of the front train derailed,”.
However, he refused to substantiate the reason for the accident until the investigation was finished. He furthermore added “Once the investigation is finished, we then will be able to say anything considering the cause.
