Nadda To Address Rally In Tripura On June 17

On June 17, BJP President JP Nadda will attend a rally in Tripura’s Santirbazar district, according to party state president Rajib Bhattacharjee.

His gathering will kick off the party’s campaign for Lok Sabha elections next year.

The event is being held as part of the BJP’s nationwide effort to commemorate the NDA government’s nine years in power at the Centre.

“Nadda ji will arrive in the state on June 16 and he will have a meeting with senior party leaders including Chief Minister Manik Saha. He will address the rally on June 17 and leave the state the same day,” he was quoted by PTI in its report.

On Sunday, Saha and Bhattacharjee met with ministers and top party leaders to plan for Nadda’s arrival.

The ruling party controls both of the northeastern state’s parliamentary constituencies, West Tripura and East Tripura.

President To Review Combined Graduation Parade At Air Force Academy On June 17

On June 17, President Droupadi Murmu will inspect the Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) at the Air Force Academy in Dundigal, near Hyderabad.

The CGP of the 211th Course will be held on June 17 at Air Force Academy Dundigal to mark the successful completion of the demanding and challenging Pre-Commissioning Training of Flight Cadets of various branches of the Indian Air Force, according to a defence release issued here on Monday.

The President would be the CGP’s principal guest and Reviewing Officer (RO), according to the announcement.

During the parade, which will commemorate the conclusion of training, ranks on the shoulders of the flying cadets will be uncovered, reflecting the award of the President’s Commission, according to the statement.

The RO also pins cadets’ ‘Wings’ and ‘Brevets’ on their chests, according on the branch they are commissioned into.
