8 Congress MLAs including former CM Digambar Kamat, Michael Lobo sitting in the Speaker’s chamber.

Eight out of 11 Goa Congress MLAs quit the party on Wednesday. All the MLAs reached the assembly along with Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and handed over the separation letter to Speaker Ramesh Tavkar. Goa BJP state president Sadanand Tanawade told that all the MLAs will join the BJP.

The names of former CMs Digambar Kamat, Michael Lobo, Delia Lobo, Kedar Naik, Rajesh Faldesai, Alexo Scria, Sankalp Amolkar and Rodolfo Fernandez are among the MLAs who left the Congress.
