Heavy rainfall is wreaking havoc across the country. From Maharashtra and Gujarat to Telangana and Kerala, there is no respite from the heavy rain.
The MeT department has issued alerts for several regions including Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. In Telangana, a red alert was issued after several low-lying areas were flooded. The state also declared a three-day holiday for schools.
Gujarat has been witnessing heavy rainfall. Schools and colleges in the Bulsar district were shut on Tuesday. In MP, an orange alert has been issued for 33 districts amid predictions for heavy to very heavy rainfall.
