Assam-Meghalaya’s 50-year-old border dispute will end in Delhi, Meghalaya will get 11 villages
The state governments of Assam and Meghalaya are going to resolve the 50-year-old border dispute. CM of both the states Himanta Biswa Sarma and KK Sangma are going to sign an agreement in the capital Delhi on Tuesday. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the agreement will be signed by the Chief Ministers of Assam and Meghalaya in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah at around 3.30 pm.

Earthquake in J&K’s Alchi
An earthquake struck north of Alchi (Leh) in Jammu and Kashmir at around 7:29 am today. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake measured 4.3 on the Richter scale.
