After the Congress’s electoral defeat in Punjab, the statement of former state chief Sunil Jakhar has created a stir. Jakhar said in an interview that I did not want to say but I am talking serious. I don’t want to drag his name but the man who does not move even sitting on that chair, a lady member is making Channi a hero. It is a matter of shame for the party and the society. However, there has been no response from CM Channi in this regard.
I don’t consider Channi to be a leader
Sunil Jakhar said that Congress had made Charanjit Channi as CM. When I met 4-5 days after that, I was asked to work in the government. I said that I do not consider Channi a leader. I do not accept him as a leader. I will keep working with the party. Jakhar said that I knew Channi very well. He does not stand on anything including his demeanor and character.
