2 out of 7 tickets declared in Captain’s Majha: Contractor in front of Bularia and Tajinder in front of Tript Rajinder, 5 PLC seats pending

Former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s Punjab Lok Congress (PLC) on Sunday released its first list of candidates for 22 assembly seats. Patan’s Punjab Lok Congress (PLC) party holds 7 of the 25 assembly seats in Majha’s 4 districts. On Sunday, he declared his candidates for 2 of these 7 seats.

As of now, PLC has not declared its candidates from Rajasansi, Jandiala and Ajnala in Amritsar district and Khadoor Sahib and Patti assembly seats in Tarn Taran district.

When Captain Amarinder Singh, who came to release the first list of his candidates on Sunday, was asked about his seat, he took the name of Patiala Urban. The Captain said that he never talked about contesting elections in front of Navjot Sidhu. He had only said that he would not allow Sidhu to win the election.

After saying this, the Captain refused to talk further on Sidhu’s issue. He said that Sidhu is not mentally well. Even before joining Congress, he had warned Sonia Gandhi about it.
