A BMC official said that during Christmas and New Year, we have got orders to keep a special watch on hotels, restaurants and beaches. For this, a special team will be formed, which will keep an eye on hotels and restaurants. Action will be taken if complaint is received.

According to the BMC, only those people who have been fully vaccinated will be allowed in public places including public transport. Full vaccination of all employees working in public places, establishments as well as all employees present in programs or functions is mandatory. Action will be taken against the establishment if the rule is found to be violated.
