Experts say that the sales of cars have increased because companies have pulled people towards them by launching cheaper cars in this segment as per the need of the market. 26 thousand more cars sold this year
FDA chairperson Ashish Pandey told that this time the sales of cars have increased a lot. Last year in 2021, 55 thousand 6 cars were sold in the state from April 1 to September 30, 2021, but this year from April 1 to September 30, 2022, 80 thousand 951 thousand cars have been sold. This is about 26 thousand more than last year. Additional Transport Commissioner Arvind Saxena said that from September 1 to October 31 this year, 1 lakh 7 thousand 478 cars have been registered in the RTO. There has been positive growth in the car segment in Madhya Pradesh.
20 to 25% growth in two wheelers
Corona had affected the sale of two-wheelers in Madhya Pradesh. In the year 2019-20, the two-wheeler market was more than 1 lakh 20 thousand, in the last two years it has come down to less than one lakh. From April 1 to October 31 this year, 6.5 lakh two wheelers have been sold. Pandey says that there will be more than 20% growth in two wheelers. Now after the arrival of marriage and crops, there is hope of growth in this sector also. There is still 5 months to go.
