61-year-old man died while having a relationship: was having a relationship while drinking alcohol, suddenly fainted; interrogation of woman

A 61-year-old man died while having sex in Mumbai. This man was staying in a hotel with his partner. He fainted while having a relationship. The man was admitted to the hospital in an unconscious state where he died. Police say that the cause of death is yet to be ascertained. Police is awaiting the postmortem report. This incident happened on Monday.

The hotel staff told that after going to the room, the woman came to the reception. He told that the person accompanying him has fainted. He is not answering anything. The hotel staff immediately contacted the local police. Police immediately reached the spot and admitted the man to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead before admitting him.

Thereafter, the female partner of the man was taken to Kurla police station where she was interrogated. The woman told that the man was a resident of Worli and worked in a private company.

Police waiting for post mortem report
A police officer said that the man had checked in with a 40-year-old woman at a hotel in Kurla at around 10 am. The woman is describing herself as the man’s girlfriend.

According to preliminary information, the police have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) in the case. The postmortem report is awaited to know the exact cause of death. Police said that we are also finding out whether he had taken any medicine before making a sexual relationship?
