The CM said that the road from Jibhi-Banjar-Aut to Chandigarh has been opened for vehicles. The district administration has been directed to clear Kasol, Tirthan and Sainj roads for speedy evacuation of tourists and locals. These roads are expected to be restored within a day or two.

He said that the Atal Tunnel is open for vehicular movement. Tourists can use this route to reach Chandigarh.
