Three youths injured after the Alto car fell into a deep gorge are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
An Alto car fell into a deep gorge late Thursday night in Dimdu Nala of Rampur under Police Station Rampur in Rampur Bushahr, Himachal. Three youths in the car died on the spot in the accident. Three other youths were seriously injured. Police is probing the accident.
According to the information received from the police, an Alto car rolled down the road late last night in Dimdu Nala near Bahli in Rampur. This car was going from Bahli to Aanni. As soon as Dimdu reached near the drain, the car went out of control and fell about 250 feet below the road.
A local eyewitness informed the police about the incident. After which the police team reached the spot and carried out relief work with the help of local people. When the youths trapped in the car were rescued, three of them had died. Three others were in injured condition. The dead and injured were transported by road.

After this, the police took all the dead and injured to Khaneri Hospital. In view of the critical condition of a young man, he has been referred to IGMC Shimla, while both the injured are being treated at Khaneri Hospital.

In the accident, Sanchit resident village Pachal, Deori, Aman Bharti resident village Vishala Dhar PO Degad and Rahul resident village Dharli (coal) post office Kamand Teh Aani district Kullu died on the spot. Along with them, Lal Chand resident of village Bakhnao, Sunil Kumar resident of village Ghai Nala and Anil resident of village Vishala Dhar PO Degad Teh Aani district Kullu were injured.
Rampur police station SDPO Rampur Chandra Shekhar said that the police have registered a case and started investigation into the cause of the accident. Three have died in the accident. Their bodies will be handed over to the heirs after post-mortem.
