27 new Covid infections on Mon, state’s active case tally below 400 | Goa News – Times of India

Panaji: Goa’s tally of active cases remained below the 400-mark on Monday as 27 fresh cases, which included three travellers, were recorded from the 1,374 tests conducted. This is less than the daily average of 2,500-3,000 tests.
With 37 recoveries, the recovery rate was at 97.84% and for yet another day there were zero Covid related deaths. During the day, 35 people opted for home isolation and three were hospitalised
The Margao urban health centre which has been at the top of chart with the highest active case load, on Monday had 48 cases while the count of all other centres in south Goa fell below 20.
In North Goa, the Panaji urban health centre had 49 active cases followed by Aldona at 24 and Casarvarnem with nil cases.
