Two shocking incidents have come to the fore in Gujarat today. Two youths have died of heart attack shortly after playing cricket in Rajkot and Surat. Shortly after playing cricket, both of them developed chest pain and were taken to the hospital. Where both died during treatment.

First incident of Rajkot
Interpress media tournament is going on at Madhavrai Scindia Cricket Ground in Rajkot city. Meanwhile, 31-year-old Jignesh Chauhan played an inning of 30 runs in 19 balls for his team. After getting out, he was sitting on the chair with the team. During this, he felt severe chest pain and felt dizzy. Friends immediately took him to a nearby private hospital, where Jignesh died shortly after. Apart from mother and wife, there is also a 3-year-old daughter in Jignesh’s family.

Second incident of Surat
27-year-old Prashant Bharoliya, a resident of Surat’s Varachha area, had gone to the stadium to play cricket with friends on Sunday morning. He played cricket for about two-and-a-half hours and came back home. As soon as he reached home, he started having severe chest pain along with restlessness. The family took him to the hospital with the help of neighbors. When the condition worsened, he was referred to Smimmer Hospital, where he died shortly after. Prashant was studying engineering in Canada. During the holidays, he had come to his home in Surat for some time.

Even after playing cricket in Rajkot 4 days ago, a young man died due to an attack.
Bharat Baraiya, 21, who had come to Rajkot from Deesa town for his sister’s wedding, had gone to play cricket with the boys of the neighbourhood. Bharat was returning home after playing cricket. During this, he had a heart attack on the way. He was taken to the civil hospital, where he died during treatment.

A young man died while playing cricket in Gandhidham 20 days ago.
About 20 days ago, Ravi Gawade, a resident of Bhartinagar in Gandhigram city, also died of an attack while playing cricket. Ravi was playing cricket in the Race Course ground. He was hit in the chest by a tennis ball while batting. Due to this Ravi started having severe pain in his chest. Friends took him to a private hospital, where he died about an hour after treatment. Doctors told the reason for Ravi’s death to be heart failure.
