A shocking incident came to light in Patiala, Punjab on Wednesday. A 10-15-year-old boy from the Patiala Main Branch of State Bank of India (SBI) got into a tizzy with a bag containing Rs 35 lakh. This amount of lakhs of rupees was kept for putting it in the ATM outside the bank. There was a stir in the bank when the bag was found missing. In a hurry, the CCTV installed in the bank was checked and the incident was reported to the police.

As soon as the information was received, SP City Wazir Singh reached the spot along with the entire team. After investigation, the SP said that around 11.30 am, a minor boy had come to the bank and fled with a bag containing Rs 35 lakh. Before this, he did Reiki in the bank for 15-20 minutes. As soon as he got the chance, he got away with the bag.

The manner in which the crime has been done in SBI was a well thought out conspiracy. The child also seems to be a member of some notorious thief gang. The police have put up a blockade in the city and the search is on for the minor who came out carrying a bag of money. It was told that the child was not alone in the bank, but another 25-year-old youth is also seen with him. The SP said that several teams of police are engaged in the investigation. At present, the boy who ran away with the money has not been traced.
